Short-term target (1680-1700) remain unchanged until a significant reversal signal is observed. Profit taking on last Friday (2 Oct 2015) was not significant as market remain bullish on the first trading day of the week.
Market interpreted that the job data that not so good on last week will likely delay the rate increase of US until next year as the rally reason. Q3 earning release for US companies are kicking off， we believe that the quarterly result of US companies will influence the rallies of the market.
A lot of mid-cap shares are rallying as the second waves of this uptrend. Caution need to be taken during entry as it is easily to be a bull trap as most of the stocks are still in the long term down trend.
